Yeah, I’m currently living in San Diego. I’m originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Yeah. And um, I know, uh, I’ve been doing real estate out there flipping for the last, um, about seven years, uh, do Airbnbs and, um, wholesaling.
And I also have a marketing agency. Just living and Loving Life! I love inspiring and helping other people been speaking for the last 10 years and just, just happy to be of service and be on your show.
Yeah. Sounds great. Well, and I, you know, so you told us a little bit about yourself. Um, you know, your marketing agency is called I Love Business Leads, which I think is hilarious.
Yeah. I mean, why not just go right through the, for the throw? Right. It’s like, that’s what I want.
