I am delighted to have with us today Caryl Lane, who is a certified coach, and she’s gonna talk to us today, um, about her history and then we’ll start walking into a bunch of questions, um, for her. Get to know Caryl Lane:
Caryl Lane is a Certified Coach who developed her skills leading educational groups in the Behavioral Health Profession for 24 years. She was the senior Mental Health Specialist at Overlake Hospital in the Seattle area. She coached and counseled thousands of groups of individuals from many different socio-economic backgrounds, beliefs and perspectives. She facilitated the transformation of low-energy groups that were unfocused and resistant to change, into cohesive groups that became motivated towards a common higher purpose, resulting in more self-confidence and higher results on a personal and professional level.
In 2018 Caryl began her transition as an independent coach-consultant and now specializes in transformational leadership and the development of high performing teams who want to reduce costly turnovers, boost productivity and scale for next level growth. Caryl is on a mission to challenge leadership and their teams to envision what they are capable of beyond high performance in order to break through seemingly impossible barriers and achieve exceptional levels of innovation and company growth.
