She is guiding her coaching students to attract clients rather than chasing them. Jody Bruns shares her success in developing niche markets for real estate and mortgage professionals. With over 25 years in the finance, real estate and mortgage markets, she has successfully built multiple streams of consistent business through niche marketing and is excited to share her own success stores and practices along with others who have achieved a high level of success doing the exact same thing – niche marketing!


Upon graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Finance, Dean started in the mortgage industry as a loan officer for a small Savings & Loan in Montgomery County, MD. In 1993, Dean joined MGIC as an Account Representative in Maryland. During his 27 years at MGIC, he’s managed territories on both coasts as an Account Manager and Sales Manager, spent time in National Accounts, and currently resides in Seattle, WA where he is the VP – Managing Director of the Pacific Region for MGIC, responsible for business development efforts across 11 States and the territory of Guam. Married 26 years to his wife Jennifer, they are happy to have an empty household as their two boys Jake and Derek, have left the nest for greener pastures.

Jordan has been doing Sales and Marketing for 25 years has spent the past 15 years in Multi-Family Real Estate.

He is currently a Regional Training Manager for Gables Residential and oversees training operations for over 200 associates from Atlanta to Boston. Part of his responsibility includes teaching a 6-month Leadership Program that rotates from Atlanta to D.C. each year.

He is also the Founder & CEO of Impulse Consulting, LLC where he helps brands scale their business through content creation strategy, coaching, and all aspects of the sales cycle.


With 25 years of training and performing in theater and opera, Kerstin O’Shields has acquired an in-depth knowledge of all levels of communication. Amy Wilson grew up as the daughter to an Accountant who was very “particular” about money. She grew up hearing, “I need, I want.” Her father emphasized the difference. At first, she was rebellious about money, and never kept a budget. Later in life after completing her MBA and going to work in financial services, she realized she had her father’s analytical ability and started to appreciate his famous sayings! No longer did they seem rigid.
